Everyone can participate. During the yoga class you do not have to sit on the floor if it is an obstacle for you, it is fine to sit on a chair. Today we are exposed to a large amount of information and stimuli of various kinds, the brain process many impressions during a day that contributes to us losing our ability to feel and reflect on what is. During the session you will learn different presence techniques in silence and in motion.

Mindfulness - Meditation
Mindfulness-Meditation
Everyone can participate, both the beginner and the more experienced. Today, many are stressed and a prolonged period of stress can lead to psychosocial ill health. The instructor gives a brief explanation of how stress arises and how we can learn to deal with it. During the session, we mix simple mind presence exercises with some shorter meditations, such as sitting and walking meditation.

Forest bath - Wellness hiking
A short hike in the forest and mountains where we experience nature with all our senses. Today, many people feel stressed, and we are constantly exposed to noisy environments, the forest and the mountains provide tranquility, joy and well-being. Maybe you will hear sound of rippling water, the buzzing wind, the chirping of birds, the memory of sounds that are deeply rooted in our genes from the time humans were collectors and hunters. During the tour you will receive guidance and tools to see nature just as it is, a part of you.

Retreat
During a retreat, you get the opportunity to get a little closer to yourself beyond all thoughts and feelings. Today's fragmented technological society means that we humans more and more lose our ability to take advantage of the present, the feeling may be that we are constantly on the move but we do not really know where we are going. In a retreat, you practice, among other things, just being, not going anywhere, not doing anything, leaving everything that happens as it is. We mix different forms of mindfulness exercises (yoga, forest baths, walks, meditations and workshops) in silence and in linguistic social interaction in a magical nature. During the retreat, you also get the opportunity for your own time. In the summer of 2022, you have the opportunity to choose from two retreats:
